Queen / Drag Queen

‘“Drag Queen” and “queen” were commonly used along with “cross-dresser” before the word “transgender” existed to refer to transgender women. Today this is not a term that would be used for a transgender woman. “Drag queen” still exists as a term for a man who dresses as a woman for performance - bit not to express a consistent female gender identity
