Microaggression Resolution

Overview: Dr Derald Wing Sue defines microaggressions as: ‘The everyday slights, indignities, put downs and insults that those who are marginalized experience in their day-to-day interactions.’ In this scenario-based training you’ll learn how to identify and respond to microaggressions as the target, bystander, initiator and organisation.
