Challenge: Mission 44, established by Sir Lewis Hamilton, is committed to advancing equity and empowering young people facing social injustice around the world. To strengthen their impact, they identified a crucial need to elevate their DEI practices, focusing on improving DEI data collection, launching a DEI strategy, and fostering an internal culture of inclusion.
Solution: We collaborated with Mission 44 to deliver a holistic DEI training and consultancy program. Our partnership focused on:
