Challenge: In 2020, US-based marketing agency Organic aimed to enhance workplace inclusivity, team cohesion and creativity across their remote team during the Covid 19 pandemic. They needed a comprehensive remote training solution to raise awareness, tackle bias, and integrate DEI principles into daily operations.
Solution:
Annual top-up training: regular deep dives into DEI topics, including Introduction to DEI, Psychological Safety, Inclusive Language, and more.
Quarterly new starter training: ensured all new employees were aligned with DEI goals.
Monthly listening circles: created spaces for open dialogue on various DEI and wellness related topics (e.g. ‘Resiliance’, ‘Ageism’, ‘Festive Anxiety’, etc.)
Results:
75% noticed visible improvements since the training.
77% implemented DEI practices in their work life.
Extended partnership for an additional two years beyond the initial one-year term, due to glowing reviews and high demand.
