Historic England, the UK’s advisor on historic environments, needed to build a strong network of DEI Champions to enhance inclusion efforts throughout the organisation. In 2021, we partnered with them to deliver an advanced DEI training program for 50 Champions over four months.
Challenge: Historic England sought to elevate their DEI practices to better integrate inclusion into their work and organizational culture. They needed advanced training to equip their DEI Champions with the skills to drive change effectively.

90% applied learning: practical implementation of DEI practices in their roles.
