Overview: In today’s competitive global landscape, traditional leadership is not enough. This development programme equips managers and leaders with essential skills: recognising personal bias, fostering psychological safety, running inclusive meetings, providing feedback, and managing multicultural teams. Each masterclass provides practical strategies and culminates in a personalised action plan for sustained inclusive leadership.

Duration: 6 months (also available as a 3-hour intensive)

  1. Month 1: Commitment masterclass - 2 hours (inclusive leadership vs traditional leadership, self-audit)

  2. Month 2: Consciousness of bias masterclass - 2 hours (unconscious bias, systemic oppression, privileges and barriers, inner circle)

  3. Month 3: Courage masterclass - 2 hours (allyship and bystander intervention)

  4. Month 4: Collaboration masterclass - 2 hours (psychological safety, inclusive meetings, inclusive feedback)

  5. Month 5: Curiosity masterclass - 2 hours (active listening, coping with uncertainty)

  6. Month 6: Cultural Intelligence masterclass - 2 hours (cultural intelligence principles and strategies)

  7. Month 6: Action Planning - 90 mins
