Duration: 6 months (also available as a 6-hour intensive)
Includes:
Month 1: DEI training - 3 hours. Courageous Conversations Workshop - 90 mins
Month 2: DEI team building resources and consultancy (DEI council, ERGs, etc)
Month 3: DEI Audit (sharing 3 surveys, creating a data report, benchmarked against your industry standard)
Month 4: DEI Audit workshop - 3 hours (review audit results together with a DEI expert, begin planning for the future)
Month 5: DEI Strategy building - 1 day (create a DEI mission, vision, statement, 5-year and 1-year goals)
Month 6: DEI Strategy implementation workshop - 3hrs (review progress, re-align, set new goals)
