Overview: Identify your organisation's DEI strengths and weaknesses using 3 surveys: Diversity Monitoring Form, Inclusion Survey and Policy Equity Survey. Review the results in a 3-hour workshop facilitated by an expert consultant. In the workshop, you will begin to build your DEI vision and strategy.
